Thanks, Clay. Sorry about the lateness of this response, but I guess I never noticed the actual message board here.
To answer your question, I would say that approximately 10-15% of our web customers use the Florist's Choice options on our website. Not a huge percentage, but it's a nice option to offer. It's very convenient (read as profitable) for us not to have to design to a recipe, so any that we get instead of specific TF bouquets is icing on the cake.
I will say that we have had much success with our own specials when we carry them on our site during holidays. I think floral web consumers are getting used to seeing the same TF arrangements on websites all over the net. Originally, I had expected more wireout orders during the holidays on our site, and for simplification purposes limited our offerings to easily-wired TF arrangements. In reality, wireout orders have accounted for less than 1% of the orders placed on our site over the past 3 years. Beginning this fall (shortly), we'll be carrying everyday seasonal specials from our shop to show something a little different.
Thank you for your suggestion regarding pictures of our shop. I am in the process of updating the overall look and design of our website, and pictures of our shop, as well as historical pictures from our past will definitely be included.
